DEPOSITS are required at the time of reservation, NO Exceptions. Deposits may be made with major credit cards, balances may be paid by card and cash upon arrival (check with proper identification).

A non-refundable additional cleaning fee up to $150.00 will be charged for soiled linens and unreasonably dirty rooms.
Motel check in time is AFTER 3:00 pm*
Motel check out time is BEFORE 11:00 am

(Early check-ins are subject to availability and are usually not available in peak season)
*Check in time is not guaranteed by 3 pm. Occasionally, rooms will not be ready until later in the afternoon. Please be patient and know that Sandollar staff is working to get you into your room as soon as possible.
ROOM Cancellations: Please cancel by 10am, 72 hours prior to your arrival. No refunds are given during major holidays or festival/events. A %25 Cancellation Fee is automatically deducted for approved deposit refunds. *Cancellations INSIDE of 72 hours will result in a full forfeiture of deposit. Deposits connected to a major holiday, are strictly non-refundable.
Sandollar will make every effort to accomodate guests requests. However, NO specific room number is guaranteed.
PETS: Limited pet friendly rooms are available for $25.00 per night (no exceptions), per pet. Pets MUST be kept on a leash at all times. No pets allowed in pool area. Guests are responsible for picking up and properly disposing of pet waste. We reserve the right to terminate your stay if any of rules are not followed. Any damage from guests or pets during stay will result in additional fees.

All rates include water, sewer, and NEW wireless internet coming mid-summer 2024.
Rates are for 2 guests per site. Each additional guest over 3 years adds $1.00/day. For more than 2 guests in your party, a discounted monthly rate of $10.00 additional per person will apply. Payment is due upon check-in. Weekly and monthly rates must be established at check-in. Monthly rates are only offered to customers staying 30 days or longer. Pets are welcomed in the RV Park.
A non refundable deposit is required for ALL reservations: $60-$64 on daily/weekly sites, $100 deposits required for weekly/monthly reservations
Please CANCEL by 10am, 72 hours from arrival on daily/weekly reservations, 30 DAY notice for ALL Monthly/Long Term Reservations OR customers will be charged projected revenue for the next month, NO EXCEPTIONS
No refunds will be given after payment is made.
